Sizes/ Shipping Charges/Return Policy 
HAT SIZES: When ordering, please tell us your current size. If you are not certain, measure your head. Hat sizes vary with weight, height and hair style. Using a fabric tape measure, measure around your head just above the eyebrows and about a finger's width above the ears. Measure to the nearest 1/8 inch and use the following chart to convert to hat sizes:

If you prefer that overseas items be shipped via airmail and would like them insured., please call for a quote. In stock items will be shipped at once. If an item is not in stock we will notify you and provide you with an approximate ship date.Backordered items may be shipped separately as they become available. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a street address.The following chart will provide basic charges. Please call or e-mail us for for quotes on overnight and other special delivery requests.The appropriate shipping charges should be added to your order form where indicated.

RETURN POLICY: Exchange only. No refunds. All sales are final. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item we have shipped to you, you may return it to us for exchange. We do not offer refunds. However, if you return the item in like-new, unused condition, you may exchange your return for another size, another style or any merchandise we carry in the store. When requesting an exchange, you pay for shipping the unwanted item to us and we will pay for shipping the replacement item to you. We are a small business that's been around for over 30 years.
